·         Support/monitor implementation of SCIP

·         Review/update contents of SCIP

·         Approve SCIP

·         Evaluate the site/its programs against SCIP goals

·         Analyze data pertaining to the school’s programs

·         Work with Principal to establish/monitor school budget

·         Support the improvement of student achievement

·         Align the district’s French Language Arts and Social Science curriculum

Enrollment/Marketing

·         Recruit new students and families

·         Retention of current students and families

·         Overall program marketing

·         Review and maintain site council performance and effectiveness

Family/Community Involvement

·         Promote family involvement at the site level

·         Promote positive relationships: staff, students, families

·         Neighborhood/community outreach

·         Solicit and support community partnerships, e.g., grants, gifts, mentoring programs, etc.
