| | | | | Meet our teacher, Mr. Funk | | Bonjour<> My name is Christopher Funk. I will be working with 6th and 2nd graders this year at L'Toile du Nord. In 6th grade we will concentrate on English Language Arts in 2nd grade we will be working on Francophone cultural geography among other topics. I will also serve as the building coach. I have been a classroom teacher for the last 17 years. I am excited to have a new instructional role this year. My first impressions of L'Toile du Nord have been very positve; I think I am going to like working here. I live in St Paul with my wife and 2 daughters. My hobbies include: bike riding, reading, softball, gardening, playing (bad) guitar and traveling.
