| AGENDA: |
Homework is noted daily in student agendas. The agenda is signed or stamped by the teacher at the end of each day. All assignments and notices are posted on the classroom white board. Homework and news announcements are sent home in the communication folder. Please check both folders and agendas regularly. |
| MATH: |
Math homework is assigned most days. It is expected that all worksheets are turned in the next day for correction. Students are expected to organize completed work in their binders, sorting assignments by both lesson and unit. |
| READING: |
Students are expected to read a minimum of 20 minutes each evening in both French or English. This independent reading is tracked in class and in the home journal to accomplish our goal of 20 books in French and 20 books in English.
|
OTHER SUBJECTS |
There will be homework in other subjects such as grammar, spelling, writing, Social Studies and Science . Please refer to the agenda and weekly newsletter to view these assignments. |
| POLICY |
Incomplete homework is noted on the white board as "rattrapage." Students who still have incomplete homework on Friday will be required to have their parents sign their agendas. There may also be a loss of certain privileges in class.
