| | | | | Les devoirs | | MATH:
6th graders have math homework, on average, four nights per week. They usually come home with two pieces of math homework, one in English, called Study Link and one in French, called Boîte à Maths. Students are responsible for doing all heir homework for the end of the Unit. They have the Unit packet in their binders and take home what they need to do according to the lesson we are working on. I then make a record of assignments turned in/missing at the end of the unit.
Students are responsible for pacing themselves through the unit
READING:
It is expected that the students read a minimum of 30 minutes each evening.
*There are times when other subjects may also require homework, and these are noted in the students' daily planners, which they are to bring home each day.
WRITING:
Sometimes students are to finish writing projects at home.
Missing homework lead to missing recess until students catch up. After 3 days, if hey are not done, sudents get detention.
