| AGENDA: |
Homework
is noted daily in student agendas. The agenda is checked by the teacher
at the end of each day. All assignments and notices are posted on the
classroom board. Homework and news announcements are sent home in
the green communication folder. Please check both folders and agendas
regularly. |
| MATH: |
Math
homework is assigned most days. It is expected that all worksheets are
turned in the next day for correction. Students are expected to
organize completed work in their binders, sorting assignments by lesson
and unit. |
| READING: |
Students
are expected to read about 30 minutes each evening in French or English. This independent reading is tracked in class to
accomplish our goal of a minimum of 20 French books and 20 English books per year.
|
OTHER SUBJECTS |
From time to time, there will be homework in other subjects. Please refer to the agenda to view these assignments. |
| POLICY |
Incomplete
homework is noted on the board as "rattrapage." Students who
still have incomplete homework on Friday will be required to have parents sign their agendas daily. There might also be a loss of certain privileges.
