Now in her third year as kindergarten teacher at L’Etoile du Nord, Kathleen Reagan brings with her 20 years of teaching experience in grades K-8.  She took a class from first grade through eighth at the Minnesota Waldorf School, graduating them in 2006, and then taught French there to grades 1-4.  Previously, she was a kindergarten teacher for several years in Pennsylvania and New York.  A rich educational and travel background prepared

Madame Reagan well.  At Vassar College she majored in French and elementary education.  Her graduate work in French at New York University meant summers in Paris where she camped while pursuing her studies.  Her summers in New Hampshire, where she earned her Waldorf Teaching Certificate at Antioch University New England, were a little less rustic. Although a native of Upstate New York, Madame Reagan is no stranger to life abroad. Motivated

by a desire to combine her love of teaching all subjects to young children and her love of French, she moved to France to teach second grade at the American School of Paris.  Eventually marriage and children followed, as well as moves to Japan and the Central African Republic. Madame Reagan brings a joie de vivre to her work in the kindergarten and warmly invites parents in other classes to introduce themselves to her.
