Bonjour! Je m'appelle Madame Stephenson. J'enseigne la maternelle depuis 8 ans. Je viens de France et je suis très heureuse de partager ma langue et ma culture avec les petits enfants américains. C'est toujours fascinant pour moi de commencer une nouvelle année et j'espère que les enfants apprendront beaucoup de nouvelles choses.     Cette année, mon but est comme chaque année d'aider les enfants à développer leurs compétences dans différents domaines et d'approfondir leurs connaissances pour les années à venir.     Je suis aussi très enthousiaste d'apprendre aux enfants leurs premiers mots de français. Vous voulez en savoir plus sur moi? Je suis mariée (avec un enseignant!) et j'ai deux filles: l'une en 7ème (Elle vient juste de finir à l'Etoile Du Nord) et l'autre en 4ème (aussi ici à l'Etoile Du Nord). Mes loisirs préférés sont la lecture, les mots fléchés, regarder de bons films et faire de longues promenades avec ma famille et mon chien. En plus de mon chien, j'ai aussi un chat, 2 lapins, une grenouille et une gerboise.     Hello! my name is Madame Stephenson. I have taught Kindergarten  for  8 years.  I am from France and I am very happy to share my language and culture with young American children.  It is always fascinating to me to start a new year and I hope that the children will learn lots of new things.     My goal for this year is, as always, to help my students to develop their skills in various areas and to strengthen their knowledge for the coming school years.     I am also very enthusiastic to teach their first French words to the children. Would you like to know more about me? I am maried (with a teacher!) and I have two daughters: one in 7th Grade (just graduating from L'Etoile Du Nord!) and the other in 4th Grade (also here at l'Etoile Du Nord). My favorite hobbies are reading, crossword puzzles, watching a good movie, and going on long walks with my family and my dog. In addition to my dog, I also have a cat, 2 rabbits, a frog, and a gerbil.
