| | | | | About Mlle Smith | | Maren Smith was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She began studying French in Junior High and went on to major in French at Hamline University. During her junior year she studied and lived with a wonderful host family in Rennes, France. Mlle Smith has a teaching license in K-12 French and Elementary. In her free time she enjoys reading, rock climbing, spending time with her friends and family, and takes yearly trips to France to visit her host family. Mlle Smith loves teaching second grade and is excited to be starting her fourth year at L'Etoile du Nord.
